There’s a lot to unpack about this past weekend’s NBA playoff action, but there’s also the saga in L.A. when it comes to the hiring of new coach Frank Vogel. Let it be known Vogel wasn’t the team’s best option, and certainly not the first preference, but that doesn’t matter. It’s about having someone, anyone in place during the free agent and draft process. The drama is still alive and well in Laker land.
