Monday Morning Monologue -- Can't Run A Team Like A Playground

While several NFL head coaches probably deserved some changes to their job status, none stand out more than Freddie Kitchens. From the day he came on board as interim head coach towards the end of last season, Kitchens seemed to run the team as a playground, where the bully kid (in this case, Baker Mayfield) seemed to run the yard. What Cleveland does next is really anyone’s guess, but the team will be far better served not hiring another of Baker’s buddies.
