Sometimes It's Okay To Just Blame One Person

Sometimes It's Okay To Just Blame One Guy

The ending to the Saints vs. Vikings is one of the most exciting finishes in sports.  With 10 seconds left in the game, Case Keenum connected with Stefon Diggs for a 61-yard game winning touchdown that punched the Vikings ticket to the NFC Championship game.  Fortunately for the Vikings, none of this would have been possible if it wasn't for a poor decision by Saints Safety, Marcus Williams.  The rookie absolutely whiffed on a potential game sealing tackle, that left the field wide open for Diggs to march into the endzone untouched.

Many were confused as to what Williams was doing on that play, but besides some angry souls on social media, Williams has been defended by his peers and experts.  No one really blames the rookie for the Saints losing and Doug thinks that's wrong.  He says it's okay for someone to get blamed for a loss, especially since if Williams would've allowed the catch and just made the tackle, we'd be previewing Eagles/Saints right now.
