Dear Steve,
I’ve been really interested in a woman here in town. I asked her out some time ago, but she told me it wasn’t the right time and she was very busy, but she didn’t outright say no.
My question is, how long should I wait before I ask her out again? I don’t know if she was actually telling the truth about the time not being right so I guess I just want some clarification.
